Krita's crash X Error: BadAtom

My Krita crashes when a file is opened or created. It was like that for a
bit, then some day it wasn't, now it's back to the same bug. I've searched
around, but never found anything really helpful... But I did read some
"it's Ubuntu's bug, not Krita's" so I've decided to try my luck here.
To give anyone a chance of figuring it out I ran it through the terminal.

The program 'krita' received an X Window System error.
This probably reflects a bug in the program.

CRITICAL: According to statistics of the KisTileDataStore some tiles have
leaked from the Krita control!

As always, it opened and as I opened a file it crashed. As suggest by it,
I've tried running it with the --sync command line

It did open. It even opened twice, one page (new document I'd think) named
command and one named line. Although it was really slow and my mouse
pointer kept disappearing, I opened my existing file (took some seconds,
but since the size of the file isn't small, it isn't surprising) and as
I've tried to close the command document, a program is non-responsive
window appeared, and as I've clicked exit, Krita closed.
