"This app is not available for your phone" Facebook app error

I've configured my Facebook app to use "Website with Facebook Login" and
"App on Facebook", with the site URL and canvas URL both set to
http://www.myapp.com (not the real URL). I would like mobile devices to
access the same webpages as the desktop version.
When accessing the appcenter page for my app
(http://www.facebook.com/appcenter/myapp), I receive the error "This app
is not available for your phone". However, when I go directly to the app's
page within Facebook (https://apps.facebook.com/myapp), the app displays
in an iframe within Facebook, just like in the desktop version.
Adding http://www.myapp.com as the "Mobile Site URL" in the "Mobile Web"
section does not fix the error, but has the curious effect of redirecting
http://www.facebook.com/appcenter/myapp directly to http://www.myapp.com,
outside of Facebook entirely!
What is the correct way to configure a Facebook app to display the same
way for desktop and mobile users (i.e. within an iframe inside Facebook),
and avoid the above error?
